Sales Hunter — commission only and uncapped, work from anywhere, set your own hours. Every day, dog owners come to us for help — they fill in a form, send a message, or call and ask what we can do for their dog. Somebody has to ring them back, find out what is really going on at home, and get them booked in with a trainer who can fix it. That is this job, and the better you are at it the more you make. These are warm leads. Every person on your list raised their hand and asked us for help. You are not cold-calling strangers off a bought list, you are not chasing anybody down, and you are not the one closing the sale — you find the need, you book the appointment, and our trainers take it from there. Inside sales, appointment setter, SDR — whatever you have called it before, this is that, for a company people genuinely want to hear from. What you earn Commission only and uncapped, paid out every two weeks. You earn $20 every time a qualified appointment shows up — that is yours whether or not the sale closes, and it goes out with the next pay run. On top of that you earn 1% of every sale you set up, which is released once your client has paid for their program in full — or half of it, on plans longer than a year. Get 50 qualified appointments to show inside one two-week pay period and that rate doubles to 2% across the whole period. Set 200 appointments in a month and there is a $1,000 bonus on top of all of it. No cap, no territory limit, and nobody above you taking a cut of your book. What makes an appointment count Three simple things: the owner has the dog, there is something they want fixed, and they are close enough to train with us — and they turn up. You can see how each one was answered on every appointment you book, so you always know exactly where you stand and nothing is ever a mystery. You will do well here if - You like talking to people, and a no does not rattle you. - You can work from a structure and still sound like yourself. - You like dogs enough to ask a real question about someone's. - You want what you earn to be up to you. Done this before? Great. Never done it before? Also great — we will teach you the call, and plenty of our best people started somewhere else entirely. What we give you - The leads. A list that refills itself, newest enquiries first, so you are never hunting for someone to call. - The phone. You dial from our system on our number, right in your browser — nothing comes off your own phone and nothing is billed to you. - The script, the training, and a real person to call when you are stuck. - A live scoreboard of what you have earned, updated as you book. The honest part: this is a 1099 contractor role and it is commission only. You set your own hours, work from wherever you are, use your own computer, and you are free to work elsewhere. What you earn is uncapped and it is entirely down to how many good conversations you have. There is a floor, and we would rather you hear it from the ad than from us later: we expect at least 15 booked appointments a month.
